This is what you get when you have Alaska Custom Splitboards split your board!

  • Alaska Custom Splitboards recently partnered with Tri-Jet to offer the best cut possible using a waterjet.   Waterjets offer a very strait cut all while removing the smallest amount of material resulting in an even tighter board with a very clean look!

  • Cut sidewall routed and steel edges inlayed using a flexible eco friendly resin with a finished sidewall just like a factory board.

  • Exposed sidewall coated with a flexible sealant which keeps intrusive moisture from the very dry and thirsty wood core, plus add your choice of color (colors limited) to add that personal touch.

  • Chinese hooks and tip and tail clips are installed tight to keep your board perfectly together while on the down.

  • Either universal or standard pucks will be installed to your specifications.

  • Every boards gets a hand tune, , edges sharpened and base waxed with an all natural 100% earth friendly wax .

Quiver Killers-
Quiver killers were first introduced to the ski world a few years ago allowing skiers to change bindings within a quiver, eliminating the need for bindings for each ski.  We've taken this technology and used it to eliminate the ten extra holes normally required for the touring area of your board.  We'll use this technology when your board is thick enough to accommodate  the inserts!  If you don't want to use this technology please let us know!

Disclaimer

We do our best at Alaska Custom Splitboards to return a perfect product, however some unforeseen problems do arise that's beyond our control, for example:  Our jigs are set up to cut a perfectly strait line through a wood core snowboard.  Some snowboards have foreign materials in the core that either throws off the cut or when cut the boards flex is jeopardized, it's imposable to know what ALL boards are made of, it the responsibility of the snowboard owner to contact the snowboard manufacturer if the board is suspect. Alaska Custom splitboards will not be responsible for a board that is miss cut due to foreign core materials!  If something happens that is within our control, we'll do whatever we can to make things right!
